Summary:

Huawei's latest budget Android blower, the Ascend G510, will hit the shops on 8 May, exclusively on MTS. At just 270 euros on pay as you go,

Packing a 1.2GHz dual-core chip, a roomy 4.5-inch screen and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with Huawei's new Emotion UI interfacing with your eyeballs, at 270 euros it's quite the bargain.

The display won't break any records with its resolution, however -- at 854x480 pixels, it clocks in at just under 218ppi. Given the cost, that's to be expected. On the plus side, at least it's not as poor as Samsung's new Galaxy Mega, also announced today, which offers up just 190ppi. The G510 will also let you unlock the phone with your beautiful face, courtesy of on-board facial recognition technology.

"For years, 'entry-level' smart phones have meant compromise -- phones not powerful enough, with screens not big enough, to be able to truly deliver on the promise of mobile Internet," bemoans Huawei UK's director of product management James Powell. "The Ascend G510 is the latest in a line of Huawei smart phones to challenge that."

It's a bold statement given the phone's specs, which could be described as mid-range at best. It's very similar, in fact, to the Samsung Galaxy S2, which is coming up to its second birthday. In a way, you'd be disappointed with something so out of date, but for the same tech you were paying 500 euros for two years ago to be a third of the price today is pretty amazing.

Huawei has form with great cheap phones -- its Ascend G300 was one of our favourite phones last year, delivering an uncompromised Android experience for just 270 euros. We'll look forward to seeing if the G510 is as great a bargain in our full review, coming soon.

Will you be pining for the G510? What do you look for first in a smart phone -- price or quality?

Hello Web Admin, I noticed that your On-Page SEO is is missing a few factors, for one you do not use all three H tags in your post, also I notice that you are not using bold or italics properly in your SEO optimization. On-Page SEO means more now than ever since the new Google update: Panda. No longer are backlinks and simply pinging or sending out a RSS feed the key to getting Google PageRank or Alexa Rankings, You now NEED On-Page SEO. So what is good On-Page SEO?First your keyword must appear in the title. Then it must appear in the URL.You have to optimize your keyword and make sure that it has a nice keyword density of 3-5% in your article with relevant LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). Then you should spread all H1,H2,H3 tags in your article.Your Keyword should appear in your first paragraph and in the last sentence of the page. You should have relevant usage of Bold and italics of your keyword. There should be one internal link to a page on your blog and you should have one image with an alt tag that has your keyword….wait there’s even more Now what if i told you there was a simple WordPress plugin that does all the On-Page SEO, and automatically for you? That’s right AUTOMATICALLY, just watch this 4minute video for more information at. Seo Plugin
